You are responsible for supplying all required information when submitting an order, including complete name, shipping, billing address (no P.O. Boxes), telephone number, valid e-mail address, and valid payment method. No responsibility is assumed for mis-delivery due to incorrect information supplied by a customer. Lemon Tree Hill reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, in which case the customer’s sole remedy is a refund of any payment(s) made for such order.

All orders and transactions also are subject to the LemonTree Hill Terms and Conditions policy, including, but not limited to, the limitations on damages and exclusions of warranties set forth therein. Descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, price, and availability of any products or services are subject to change without notice. Our current prices can be found on our Site. No responsibility is assumed for any errors in listed prices or other information, all of which we reserve the right to correct. Orders are not final or binding until accepted by us.

To change the address for an unshipped order, please contact the Lemon Tree Hill customer service via email at customerservice@lemontreehill.com.

You can cancel your order for up to two hours after it has been placed. Please click here and enter your cancellation request and order number along with all contact information. After these two hours, the production process for your work will have already begun, and it is therefore not possible to cancel your order after this point.

You may pay for your order by a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Amazon Pay, and Paypal. In the event of a stopped payment, disapproved charge, or other failures to submit pre-payment, Lemon Tree Hill shall have the right to cancel the order or, if already shipped, to seek payment and hold the customer responsible for any costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees, as well as to charge interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the highest allowable rate by law if less than 1.5% per month) until payment is made.

You acknowledge and understand that (a) colors as seen on a computer monitor may not look the same as the colors as they appear on our manufactured product, and (b) no guarantee is made that any image as seen online will necessarily match exactly the colors on the final product. If you are not satisfied with the color quality for any reason, contact us within ten days. We will provide you with a store credit for the amount of your purchase price, excluding shipping costs and a restocking fee. You are also responsible for paying to return the original item.

Delivery time depends on your delivery location. Please allow at least 14-21 business days for your product to be produced, plus the shipping time.
